am3 takes your privacy very seriously. So please take time to read the following document.

We will keep your details securely and not send you any unsolicited mail in any format.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• address
• phone number
• email address

We will never collect sensitive information (e.g. your racial origin or sexual preferences). The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law in the UK.

Data processed through the am3 website is through a non EEA (European Economic Area) connection. If we intend to store your information for any other reason outside the EEA we will always obtain your consent first.

PAYMENTS

All of our online transactions are processed using Google Checkout or Paypal servers.

At no stage does am3 see your credit card details, as the information is processed directly through Google Checkout or Paypal.

Security is second to none. All transactions are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture, and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.

When you order domains or services through am3, you will be give the option to pay by either cheque or credit/debit card.

Credit Cards:
We accept credit/debit cards on-line using the available options to you, accepting Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. These will be processed immediately on-line.

Cheques:
We also accept cheques (drawn in UK Sterling Only). We will need approximately 5 working days to process cheque payments before registering domains, or setting up other Internet services.
